Thanks again to everyone that contributed to the Children in Need fund-raising, where a proportion of the money raised went to The Pasci School, Tuzla, Bosnia, for the establishment of a safe play area for the students.  Below are photographs, plus a letter from the Director/Headteacher Elvir Fejzic of the school, showing the progress of the project and where the money is helping this worthwhile project. Thanks to the generosity of donors,  the target of £4,000 is well within reach and we are over halfway there.

Mr Dipple has asked, “If you have any books for children that are surplus to requirements then please ask your child to come and speak to me with regard to me taking them to the Pasci School. They have a ‘library’ full of text books! I will take books with me in September (to pay for a suitcase is safer than posting as sometimes gifts go ‘astray’). If anyone has books they could give to Pasci, I, and they, would be eternally grateful. The last lot of books I took were all distributed in World Vision schools in Tuzla Kanton and were greatly appreciated”.
